Test it where it actually breaks
Passing in one browser at one size tells you less than you think.

An agent told me the layout was checked, then I sent it a screenshot with the page wider than the screen. A photo grid was stretching everything.
It had missed it for two reasons. Its checks ran in Chrome, where a clip setting hid the overflow, and they stopped at 390 px wide.
The habit
Build passing isn’t the same as a page working. Make the agent open the real page, change the size, use the keyboard and try to break it, then show you what it saw.
Ask it to name one confirmed problem and what it does to a user before it edits anything.
Try it
Open the real app and check this change at desktop and phone sizes, in more than one browser if you can. Look for overflow, clipped text and missing focus. Test it with the keyboard. Describe one confirmed problem before editing, fix only that, then check again.
Install it
browser-verify does this for you.
